Returns Rule

10 Day Return policy

Please read this policy carefully if you need to return your order. This is our Detailed Standard Return Policy. Unless another return policy is indicated, Products sold by our are covered by this Standard Return Policy. Products with specific refund and return policies and deadlines must be returned within the time periods specified for each item.

We will gladly accept the return or exchange in any cases of below :

1 - Product Defects

2 - Delivery mistake

You can choose:

1- Return for refund: 10 days money back

2- Return for exchange: 10 days exchange

Return process

1. The customer must contact us by email to get our confirmation and then we will send you all instructions, address and return authorization number for the item to be sent back to us.

2. Once you receive the confirmation email, please ship us your order. Return for refund item must be post-marked no later than 7 business days and return for exchange must be no later than 10 business days from the day you received it .

Return specification

Please E-mail all returns request back. Please choose "Returns" as a subject. In the message you need to state:

* Your order number

* Item(s) you want to return

* The reason you want to make a return.

* Tracking numbers after your product has been sent out

An authorization is NOT a charge, it is simply permission to charge your card once your order is processed. Plus, it's also a way to freeze/reserve the money to pay for your order. It may appear as if there is a charge on your account, but at this time, no money has been transferred to your account. Unlike some companies, we authorize for the full amount in order to ensure that:
